All deliverables and recommendations are based on our professional expertise and analysis. However, the implementation and resulting outcomes of such recommendations remain the sole responsibility of the client.

3. Use of Materials

Any materials, documents, tools, or templates provided by Northlane are intended solely for the internal business use of the client.
They may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, resold, or otherwise used for commercial purposes or by third parties without our prior written consent.

4. Confidentiality

Both Northlane and its clients agree to treat all non-public information exchanged during the course of any engagement as strictly confidential.
Neither party shall disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent, except where disclosure is required by law or regulation.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to our website, materials, and deliverables, including text, designs, frameworks, tools, and methodologies, remain the exclusive property of Northlane, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Use of these materials does not grant any ownership or licensing rights beyond what is explicitly stated.

6. Limitation of Liability

Northlane will perform its services with reasonable care and skill. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or materials.
Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website and will take effect upon publication. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
